Our beautiful villa is
located on a small exclusive development with landscaped surroundings and
small lakes set in a wooded conservation area. Perfect for the person
wanting to relax in quiet idyllic comfort. It’s just 20 minutes from Orlando
International Airport and only 4 miles from Disney World. Close by there are
shops, restaurants, a championship golf course and a tennis complex. All
local telephone calls are free and we have a management company close by.
Complete with its own pool, pool furniture and barbecue, our villa is the
ideal choice for those people wishing to make their stay in Orlando a
holiday of a lifetime.

THE OUTSIDE AND GARDENS

THE POOL
The pool is about
30' long by 12' wide and varies in depth from 3' to 6'. It is electrically
heated and has a heat blanket to keep the heat in at night.
UPSTAIRS
Up stairs there
are 3 double bedrooms, one with a double bed and two with twin beds. They
are all fully furnished with wardrobes and chests of drawers and night
stands. There is also a main bathroom upstairs with a balcony overlooking
the ground floor. The second bedroom has ceiling fan and a digital TV with
over 150 channels.
DOWNSTAIRS
The master bedroom
and en-suite are downstairs with a walk in wardrobe, pink marble hot tub
bath, twin basins, a huge shower and WC. The bedroom also has a ceiling fan
and a 52" digital TV with over 150 channels. The lounge also has a ceiling

breakfast and lounge areas. The kitchen and utility room are fully equipped
and the is also a separate WC and the garage.
